To do so, we will require some identity and contact data, such as first and last name, e-mail address, gender, and official documents such as national ID, driver’s license, or passport, as well as profile data like city of residence and employee/student status. These last two are essential to validate the eligibility for our service. 


2.3. Data we collect when you use our service. 


To be able to benefit from our service, you must comply with our Terms of Use, and by doing so, we will be collecting geospatial data, which includes information on how you use our partners’ vehicles, including trips origins, destinations, times, and paths. Additionally, we will collect profile data, which includes your purchases to our partners, interests, preferences on communications and marketing, survey responses, and feedback, among others. 


Your personal data is only saved for as long as you wish to keep your account with us. If you request it, they will be removed along with it. 


All reports are public. When you make a report, your name, the content you enter, and the location of the report are shared. If you use the option to report anonymously, neither your name nor avatar will be public. If you delete or edit one of your reports, a record of the previous version of this will remain. When you make a report, we also register your geolocation for usability analysis and statistics, this information is exclusively used by Your Way Home for internal development purposes, and we do not deliver or sell it to any third party.

Suppose you wish to reach out to us or are part of any event where we are part of the organisers. In that case, we may collect user content and contact data that is needed for supporting you, such as phone numbers, feedback, photographs, and audio, or video recordings.

Additionally, we process Aggregated Data which refers to statistical or demographic data that may be derived from your personal data but does not reveal your identity, either directly or indirectly.
